Ashwood Storm Sewer Repair

$19,485.00

Removal and replacement of approximately 20 lineal feet of 54” corrugated metal storm sewer pipe. The metal pipe had failed causing a large sinkhole located outside of the public right-of-way in a resident’s front yard; overtop of the existing 54” storm sewer.

Plainview Drive / Butler Warren Road Storm Sewer Improvement

$552,530.00

Installation of approximately 3,200 lineal feet of storm sewer to control roadway and property flooding along Plainview Drive and Butler-Warren Roads. The storm sewer installation ranged from 18” – 36” in diameter.

Irwin-Simpson Storm Sewer Improvement Project

$145,800.00

Installation of approximately 1,130 lineal feet of storm sewer to control roadway and property flooding along Irwin-Simpson road, just East of I-71 bridge. Project was designed to control private property and roadway flooding.

Landen Drive Storm Sewer Replacement Project

$150,000.00

Installation of 243 lineal feet of concrete storm sewer to replace the failed storm pipes and concrete control structure. New pipe ranged in sizes from 15” – 48” in diameter. Project was designed to repair the sinkhole which had formed along the edge of the roadway, and to control private property and roadway flooding.

Poppy Drive Catch Basin and Storm Sewer Construction

$4,000.00

Installation of approximately 60 lineal feet of storm sewer and a storm structure; to alleviate private property flooding.

Homecrest Lane Storm Sewer Repair

$7,045.00

Replacement of approximately 20 lineal feet of storm sewer and repair of the outfall structure. Included stabilization of the outfall with Rock Channel Protection.

Hedgewood Circle Storm Sewer Repair

$5,100.00

The storm sewer running beneath the roadway had started to form sinkholes on private property and in the roadway. A trenchless technology called “Cured In Place Pipe Patch” or CIPPP was used to make the repair, to lessen the actual impact and disruption to residents.

Chestnut Hill Storm Sewer Sinkhole Repair
