DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP REGIONAL STORM WATER

DISTRICT BOARD MEETING

June 8, 2004

Members present: Bill Morand, Susan Berger, Walt Daniels, Larry Weis

President Bill Morand opened the meeting with a prayer. Walt Daniels led in the Pledge of Allegiance.

 Larry Weis presented information from Albers & Albers.

 A motion by Susan Berger and second by Walt Daniels to approve the May 19, 2004 meeting minutes with a correction. Motion carried.

 There were no public comments.

 Old Business and General Discussion

Bill Morand asked Larry Weis if the Trustees approved a motion for a check for the Storm Water Board. Larry Weis responded that the motion was approved and they were waiting on a check.

 Larry Weis led a discussion on the Polk Run Creek Watershed Study.

 Larry Weis updated the Board on the Storm Water Management Plan. A discussion followed.

 Larry Weis led a discussion on setting up a depository, obtaining legal counsel and an engineering firm. Larry Weis also brought to the attention of the Board on setting up a fee structure. A discussion followed.

A motion by Bill Morand and second by Susan Berger to adjourn. Motion carried.

 Meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
