DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP REGIONAL STORM WATER

DISTRICT BOARD MEETING

May 11, 2004

  President Bill Morand opened the meeting. After prayer and Pledge of Allegiance, President Morand opened the floor to public comment. There was no public comment.

 Rick Evans, Henderson & Bodwell, gave a presentation on the Simpson Creek Watershed Improvements.

 Dave McElroy, Warren County Soil & Water, gave a presentation on Warren County Water & Soil and gave an overview of a proposal for public education and public participation services relating to the District Phase II requirements.

 The Board did not take formal action on the proposal.

 A general discussion of various items was held.

 A motion by Walt Daniels and second by Susan Berger to adjourn. Motion carried.

 Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
